Our Company

Hills, Homes, and Land

Hills, Homes, and Land has been a family business for over 15 years. Sarah’s mother, Gayle Ostovich, first started Hills, Homes, and Land as a way to share her love for horses and the country lifestyle. Gayle specialized in Land and equestrian properties all over the Pasco and Hernando area and was well known in her community for being a hard working mom, as well as one of the sweetest and most professional Realtor’s you could ever meet. Gayle recently passed away in January of 2019 and left the family business to her youngest daughter Sarah and her favorite son-in-law, Heath- and the two couldn’t be more excited to carry on the family name.

Hills, Homes, and Land is here to serve you in all aspects of Real Estate. Whether you are looking to BUY, SELL, or INVEST, we have the knowledge and resources to handle all of your specific needs. We specialize in YOU! We do not discriminate and all types and sizes of properties are welcome at Hills, Homes, and Land. And we LOVE a challenge! Bring us your hopes and dreams, we’ll handle the rest.

Heath + Sarah Dorr

Sarah and Heath were born and raised right here in Tampa, Fl. Both graduating from Wesley Chapel High School, the two were eager to run away and rule the world. However, the Marine Corps had other plans and they spent the first 5 years of marriage in the desert of Yuma, AZ. After two deployments to Iraq they decided to come home and start a family of their own. Following a 6 year venture in the restaurant world they are excited to finally be doing what they love. Real estate!

Both Sarah and Heath have extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Heath has completed Home Inspection school, managed and maintained 2 mobile home parks, worked as a carpenter, and most recently started a barn building business. Sarah has previous real estate experience as part of Hills, Homes, and Land prior to owning and managing Al’s Famous Pizza. Sarah and Heath are also known for serving their community and are board members of the Ducks Unlimited of Pasco County, and The Boots & Roots Foundation.
